  • How to create and manage my FreeLogoDesign account?

    Even if it is possible for you to create, download and purchase your logo as a GUEST, there are many advantages to create your FreeLogoDesign account, such as saving all your logos and download them at any time.

    To create your account, go to www.freelogodesign.org, use your email or another service to continue.

     

    Once your account is created, if you need to edit your Account or Billing and subscription information; log into your account, click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS.



    Click on EDIT to change your name, email address, password, language; click on DELETE MY ACCOUNT if you want to delete your account.






  • How to reset my FreeLogoDesign account password?

    If you do not remember or have lost your password, simply go to www.freelogodesign.org; once on the log in page, enter your email address and click on CONTINUE.

    Click on  FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?



    Type in again your email address and click on SEND; we will send you a link to reset your password.

     

  • How to delete your FreeLogoDesign account

    To delete your FreeLogoDesign account, first, log into your account.

    Once on it, at the right top corner, hover over your avatar and click on Account Settings.

    At the bottom of the page, in the Account section, click on DELETE MY ACCOUNT.


    WARNING, this action is irreversible:

    • All projects, saved files, as well as purchased downloadable products will be deleted.
    • Account information (email, payment method, name, email addresses, etc.) will be deleted.
  • What can I do with my logo?

    What you can do will your logo depends on your needs.

    The free version of your logo (low resolution: 200 x 200 px), you can use it for your website, as a Facebook logo or on your email signature.

    However, if you need your logo in high resolution for a professional purpose to visually represent your company's brand personality (stationary, advertising, social media, etc.); we have the perfect plan for you!

  • My free logo seems blurry

    The free version of your logo is only 200 x 200 px, which is considered as low-resolution. If the logo contains many elements or if they are too small, it's very possible that your logo won't be crisp.


    These are two solutions:

    • Try to increase the dimensions of the elements in order to improve the overall quality. Find the download link provided in the email that you have received with your free logo, click on EDIT, make the changes, click on SAVE and DOWNLOAD your amended logo.

    • If this action doesn't solve the issue or if you need your logo in high resolution for a professional purpose (stationary, advertising, social media, etc.); we have the perfect plan for you!

  • Which are the vector files for my logo?

    The files in PDF and SVG format, are the vector files for your logo, and they are included in our BASIC, PREMIUM and UNLIMITED Plans, as well as in our PRIVILEGE PACK.

  • How can I get my logo in EPS format?

    FreeLogoDesign doesn't provide with an EPS format.


    As a solution you can use the files in PDF and SVG format (these are the vector files for your logo), and they are included in our BASIC, PREMIUM and UNLIMITED Plans, as well as in our PRIVILEGE PACK.


    The PDF and SVG formats can be edited on Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other design software, because they allow to work with separate layers.

  • How can I get my logo in AI or Photoshop format?

    AI (Adobe Illustrator) and Photoshop are graphic design vector-based software programs rather than formats.

    If you need the vector file for your logo, you can use one of the files in PDF and SVG format, they are included in our BASIC, PREMIUM and UNLIMITED Plans, as well as in our PRIVILEGE PACK.

  • I need to send my logo to my print shop. Which format should I send?

    Using vector files whenever possible is essential for ensuring a clear and sharp print.

    Most print shops require the vector files for your logo.

    If you have already purchased one of our plans or our Privilege Pack; extract the files provided in the Zip folder and send them the PDF or the SVG files included in your purchase.
