• How I can download my free logo?

  If you have a FreeLogoDesign account:
  
  

  • Log into your FreeLogoDesign account.
  • Once on your Dashboard, hover over your logo, choose VIEW.

  

  • Once on the editor, click on the DOWNLOAD MY LOGO button located at the top right of the editor.

  

  • Our packages page displays, click DOWNLOAD on the START Plan (Free) column.
  • Here are also displayed the several packages offered if you need to order your logo in high resolution.

   

  

   

   

  If you don't have a FreeLogoDesign account yet:

  • To download your free logo, once on the editor click on SAVE or on DOWNLOAD to save your logo.
  • Our packages page displays, click DOWNLOAD on the START Plan (Free) column.
  • A window displays, enter your email address; we will use your email address to send you your logo; click on CONTINUE.

  

  • A sign up page displays, choose the logging option that better suits your needs.
    
    
  • If you have chosen CONTINUE WITH EMAIL, create a PASSWORD, enter your name and click on CREATE MY ACCOUNT.
    
  • You will be redirected to your Dashboard; from then follow the steps listed in the section "If you have a FreeLogoDesign account".

   

   

• I did not receive the logo that I have purchased

   

  Normally, upon the reception of your payment, you will receive an email to the email address associated with your account containing a DOWNLOAD link.

  • If you didn't received the email in your Inbox, first, check your Spam folder.
  • If the email is not there, please note that you can always download your logo from your Dashboard, by logging into your FreeLogoDesign account.
  • If you did not receive a DOWNLOAD link or you purchased your logo as a "GUEST", please contact our customer service by email at support@freelogodesign.org with the invoice number and the email address used to make your purchase. We will locate your logo and send It to you.

  Note:
  The different formats, included in each plan and in each add-on, have been compressed into individual ZIP folders. To obtain the individual files, you must unzip each Zip folder obtained.

  
  
  
  
  

   

   

• I have purchased on of the paid plans, but I have only received the low resolution logo

   

  • Upon the reception of your payment a confirmation message will pop up.
    
    

  To download your logo in hi resolution, two options are offered:
  

  1.- Through the BACK button, to get access to the DOWNLOAD MY LOGO button.

   

  
  
  

  2.- Through the download link that has been sent to the email address associated with your account.
  
  
  Both options bring you to the same page. Click on the DOWNLOAD MY LOGO button.

   

  

  If you have purchased one of our add-ons or if your purchased plan includes add-ons, the names of the add-ons are shown in the Create material for your logo brand section of the page.

  • To download an add-on, hover over each add-on to enable the DOWNLOAD.
    

   

  Note: You will receive a Zip folder containing several formats included in your purchased plan or ad-on. To get individual files, first, you must extract the files.
  

   

   

• Can I edit my Free logo version after having downloaded it?

  If you have a FreeLogoDesign account:

  Yes, you can edit your free logo at any time.
  

  • To edit your logo, go to www.freelogodesign.org and log into your account.
  • Once on your Dashboard, hover over your logo, click EDIT.
    
    
    
  • Make the changes and click SAVE and then on DOWNLOAD to the Free plan, the revised version of your free logo will be automatically downloaded.
    

   

  If you do not have a FreeLogoDesign account:

  Yes, you will be able to edit your logo.

  • To edit your logo, find the download link that was sent to you with your free logo, click DOWNLOAD MY LOGO.
    
    
  • Click EDIT.
    
    
    
  • Make the changes and click SAVE and then DOWNLOAD MY LOGO, to be able to get the revised version of your logo.

   

• Can I edit the High-resolution version of my logo after having downloaded it?

   

  Yes, you can always edit your logo, but there are certain limitations depending on the plan that you have purchased.
  
  

  • BASIC Plan:

  After purchase, you can still make minor changes such as moving a line, editing wording or changing font, shape, size and color, at no extra cost. You have 7 days after the purchase to make changes, unless you choose to pay a fee to ¨EXTEND EDITING PERIOD¨ (maximum of 90 days).
  

  However, there are some restrictions such as adding or deleting an icon or a shape; you will be notified when performing an action that requires a new purchase.
  
  

  • PREMIUM Plan:
    

  After purchase, you can still make minor changes such as moving a line, editing wording or changing font, shape, size and color, at no extra cost. There is not a time limit after the purchase to make changes.

  However, there are some restrictions such as adding or deleting an icon or a shape; you will be notified when performing an action that requires a new purchase.

   

  • UNLIMITED Plan:

  After purchase, you can make as many changes as you wish, such as moving a line, editing wording, changing font, shape, size, color, adding or deleting icons or shapes, etc., at no extra cost. There is not a time limit after the purchase to make changes.

   

  • PRIVILEGE PACK:

  After paying for a yearly subscription, you can create as many logos as you wish, you can make as many changes as you want, at no extra cost. There is not a time limit after the purchase to make changes.

  To edit your logo, log in to your FreeLogoDesign account at www.freelogodesign.org:
  

  1. Once on the Dashboard, click on Purchased and hover over your logo and click on EDIT.
  

  
  - Depending on your purchased plan, if the change that you are performing requires a new purchase, you will be notified.
  
  - Depending on your purchased plan, if the edit time has expired, you will be required to pay for the EXTENDED EDITION fee.
  
  - If you have taken the yearly subscription to the Privilege Pack, you won't be required to pay for your logo again, at any time. But be aware that your subscription will be auto-renewed each year at the same date, unless you cancel it before the renewal date. 

   

  2. Make the changes you want and click on SAVE.
  
  3. You will be redirected to the Download page, click on DOWNLOAD MY LOGO, the revised high-resolution version of your purchased logo will download in a Zip folder.
  
  4. If you have purchased an individual add-on or a plan that includes add-ons, to obtain their revised version, hover over each add-on; an independent Zip folder will download.
  
  
  

   

• I only received a Zip folder. How can I get the formats included in my plan?
  • The high-resolution files of your purchased logo are compressed into a Zip folder.
  • If you also purchased an individual add-on or a plan that includes add-ons, you will get a separate Zip folder for each of them.
  • In order to get the files included in your plan and add-ons, you need to unzip each Zip folder.

  Normally, devices with an operating system like Windows, Mac, Android, and Apple come with a program that allows you to extract files from a Zip folder. Go to your Downloads folder and right-click on the Zip folder, then choose Extract All.
