What are the different formats of invoice templates?
Included in the add-on, there are 3 file formats in the letter size:
- Word,
- Excel,
- Interactive PDF (in black and white, and only in English for the moment).
Please note that Word and Excel files format are not Google files format. So if you import your Word file into Google Docs, the formatting may change. However, the risk is less with the Excel file.
The Excel file has formulas in some cells, be careful, if you make any changes.
If you want to change the format of your Word document, just go to the "Layout" tab at the top of your screen, then click on "Size". You can then choose the format you want.

How to generate invoice templates?
Once your logo is finish, follow the steps below:
- Order the Invoice template add-on.
- Once your purchase has been completed, you will be able to enter your information: Company name, address, email, phone number, etc.
- Choose among our six templates and click DOWNLOAD.
- A ZIP folder will be provided with the three different file formats.
- Extract the files to be able to fill in your customer's information.
