Can I get a refund?
As mentioned in our Terms of use, "the User understands that all sales are final and no refund will be issued. FreeLogoDesign reserves the right to cancel an order, it is understood that in this case, the User will be refunded".

Once I buy my logo, how will I receive it?
If you have a FreeLogoDesign account:
You can buy and download your logo directly on your FreeLogoDesign account.
If you do not have a FreeLogoDesign account:
Upon the reception of your payment, you will be sent by email a DOWNLOAD
link. Several files are included in a zip file. You must decompress the zip
file in order to get the formats included in the pack(s).
