• What is included with the free version of my logo?

  The free low-resolution version includes a logo in PNG format with a 200 x 200 px.

  The free version can be very easily use in your website, as a Facebook logo or in your email signature.

• What is included in the Basic plan?

  The formats included in the Basic plan are:
  
  

  - 5000 x 5000 px JPG format; 5000 x 5000 px, 1000 x 1000 px, 500 x 500 px and 200 x 200 px PNG format (High, medium, small-medium and small resolution, accordingly);

  - 5000 x 5000 px PDF (Vector) and 5000 x 5000 px SVG (Vector) format.

   

  For an additional fee, you can get our add-ons available:

  - Business cards template

  - Social media kit

  - Black & White

  - Brand guidelines

  - Email signature

  - Invoice template

   

  • The high-resolution files of your purchased logo are compressed into a Zip folder.
  • If you also purchased one or more individual add-ons, you will get a separate Zip folder for each of them.
  • In order to obtain the files included in your plan, and the add-ons, you must unzip each folder.

   

  Note:
  

  After purchase, you can still make minor changes such as moving a line, editing wording or changing font, shape, size and color, at no extra cost. You have 7 days after the purchase to make changes, unless you choose to pay a fee to ¨EXTEND EDITING PERIOD¨ (maximum of 90 days).
  

  However, there are some restrictions such as adding or deleting an icon or a shape; you will be notified when performing an action that requires a new purchase.

  - 5000 x 5000 px PDF (Vector) and 5000 x 5000 px SVG (Vector) format.

  • You will get an independent Zip folder for each of the add-ons included in your plan.
  • In order to get the files included in your plan, and add-ons, you need to unzip each Zip folder.
    
    

  Note:

  The Privilege Pack is a subscription billed annually. You can create as many logos are you need.
  
  Included in the Privilege Pack (for each of the logos you have created) is:
  
  

  - Files 5000 x 5000 px JPG format; 5000 x 5000 px, 1000 x 1000 px, 500 x 500 px, and 200 x 200 px PNG format (high, medium, small-medium, and small resolution, accordingly);

  - Files 5000 x 5000 px PDF (Vector) and 5000 x 5000 px SVG (Vector) format.

  - In addition, the formats included in our several add-ons:

  Social media kit

  Multiple color variations of your logo ( B&W)

  Brand guidelines

  Email signature

  • The high-resolution files of your purchased logo are compressed into a Zip folder.
  • You will get an independent Zip folder for each of the add-ons included in your plan.
  • In order to get the files included in your plan, and add-ons, you need to unzip each Zip folder.

   

  IMPORTANT :
  
  If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your account, your existing logos will remain available as well as all the builder features; however, to download your existing logo(s) or a revised version of your logo(s) in high-resolution, a new purchase will be necessary. 

  
  

   
• Can I upgrade an already purchased plan?

  No, it's not possible to upgrade a plan that has already been purchased, neither to a superior plan nor to the PRIVILEGE Pack. 
  A new purchase is necessary.
