How I can download my free logo?

If you have a FreeLogoDesign account:

You can connect to your FreeLogoDesign account to download your free logo at any time.

You need to click your logo, and once on the editor, click on the DOWNLOAD button located top right.

If you do not have a FreeLogoDesign account:

To download your free logo, click on SAVE and then fill out the form (Name and email address) at the download page.

We will then send you your logo by email.

I did not receive the logo that I have purchased

Please check your Spam folder.

If you have not received your files, please contact our support team with your invoice number or email address used to make the purchase at support@freelogodesign.org.

We will send you your logo.

I have purchased the Business plan, but I have only received the low resolution logo

1. To correct this issue, go back to the download link that has been sent after purchase.

2. Click on DOWNLOAD.

3. You will get a zip file containing several formats included in the High-resolution plan.

My paid logo is not downloading, I get the error message: "Undefined"

2. Click on EDIT MY LOGO.

3. Click on SAVE and then on DOWNLOAD.

4. You will get a zip file containing several formats.

Can I edit my Free logo version after having downloaded it?

If you have a FreeLogoDesign account:

You can edit your free logo by connecting to your FreeLogoDesign account at any time.

If you do not have a FreeLogoDesign account:

Yes, you are able to make all the changes you want to your logo.

1. To edit your logo go back to the DOWNLOAD link that was sent to you with your free logo.

2. Click on "Edit logo".

3. Make the changes and click on "Save" and then you will be able to "Download" the revised version.

Can I edit my high-resolution version after having downloaded it?

Yes, after purchase, you can still make minor changes such as moving a line, editing wording or changing font, shape, size, color, etc., at no extra cost. You have 7 days after the purchase to make changes.

However, there are some restrictions such as adding or deleting an icon, for example.

You will be notified when performing an action that requires a new purchase.

To edit your logo, you can connect to your FreeLogoDesign account if you have one. If you don't, you must go through the download link that has been sent to you after purchase.

1. Click on "Edit my logo"

2. Make the changes and click on "Save" and then you will be able to "Download" the revised high-resolution version.

I only received a Zip file. How can I get the formats included in my plan?

You must extract the files from the zip file that you got after purchase. Normally, Windows or Mac comes with a program that allows you to extract files from a Zip file.

You just need to go to the Downloads folder and right click on the zip, choose Extract All.
